jack flash is correct.
You should have a balance of both.
You can’t beat real well grown herb. If you don’t want to smoke, gently, very gently, cook it in butter for an hour, then strain and pour the butter into ice cube forms, then put them in the fridge. Spread that on some toast with some Nutella, and enjoy the therapy.

I watched an interesting documentary on this subject where a lot of research was carried out in Israel
It seems that CBD is fairly ineffective on it's own and THC has relatively unpleasant effects on it's own
However, a 50/50 mixture of CBD and THC is ideal for curing pain and euphoric effects

Well, in places where its legal, you can order either CBD or THC. CBD chills you out and apparently can be good for pain/anxiety. Accidentally bought a pre-rolled one in LA and it doesn't really do it for me.
THC is what makes you really high and is much more fun.

Any idea on the differences? Never heard of Frankincense oil before other than for aromatherapy type of uses - was wondering whether it was just a cover up name for actual THC oil?

If anyone can whomail me and assist with THC oil or even getting hold of marijuana itself, you’d be doing me a major favour - seems to really help one of the in-laws & they’re struggling to get hold of anything without feeling like a criminal.

In the US, it is prescribed by doctors to treat epilepsy. I seriously doubt that would be the case without any evidence.
generally speaking though it isn't well studied or regulated for that matter at least in the US, so be careful where you purchase it.
I've found this place to have consistently quality products. It ain't cheap though:

It's a derivative cannabis Gaffer, powder or oil. Used for medicinal reasons.
I know a few people who swear by it, others not so.
You won't know unless you try

I'm using Provacan oil and it's taken the edge off the pain from my arthritic hip and partially frozen shoulder, enabling me to get some sleep. I've read CBD won't work for everyone and it's worth checking the strength of what you're buying as there are a lot of weak products. I didn't pay too much attention to the dosage when I started and ended up taking 3 times the recommended starting amount! Was wiped out for the day and had a banging headache. Don't buy off Amazon as they are apparently unable to sell proper CBD.

There is no actual medical proof that CBD does anything. Plenty of people claim it works but it could just be a placebo.
